I've got a big shift in my career and life coming up and I want to get back into drawing cartoons and making pixel art for my own amusement.

I want to start using this site again. Because it seems like the best place for independent cartoons and will be a much better portfolio site than Tumblr.

You got that right Newgrounds is a great site for a new artist/Independence hence the name. (NEW) ( GROUNDS) for people to start there self.
